EAH GUEST INFORMATION

We’re glad you’ll be joining us as a guest for one of our upcoming breakfast. Meeting information can be found for each breakfast on the website including our Man-of-the-Morning, and our meeting location which is at Houston Country Club, 1 Potomac Drive, 77056. The meeting location for EAH is in Potomac Room 2, located on the second floor in the building on the southwest corner of the facility. From 7:00 to 7:29 coffee and juice are available in the area west of Potomac Room 2.

Attire for the breakfast is coat and tie.

When arriving at HCC, please let the guard house know you are here for the EAH Breakfast Club. You will have two choices for parking. You can turn right into the south parking lot and enter the building through the main porte cochere. Valet parking is available under the porte cochere or you can self-park. Once inside the foyer you can utilize the stairs or the elevator to take you to the second level.

If it is raining or the south surface parking lot area is full, you can park in the underground garage that is located to the left 100 yards past the guard house. Once inside you will find a tunnel that will take you into HCC with signage directing you to the Potomac Room, or the valets in a golf cart can take you to the porte cochere entrance. If you need help, call 713-465-8311 and the operator will assist.

Cell phone calls are not allowed in the main building, but you can step out onto the west patio or use a landline if necessary.

The meeting schedule is as follows:

  • 7:00 to 7:30 – Networking with juice and coffee
  • 7:30 to 7:50 – Breakfast. The Man-of-the-Morning and his guest sit at the head table
  • 7:45 to 8:00 – Invocation, general business and introduction of the Man-of-the-Morning
  • 8:00 to 8:25 – Presentation
  • 8:25 to 8:30 – Q & A
  • We end at 8:30 am sharp – members shake hands with the guest speaker as they exit.
  • Breakfast includes two choices:
    • A hot buffet with eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes or grits, pancakes and biscuits, muffins and sweet rolls.
    • There is also a choice of cold cereals, yogurt and fruit. Feel free to go through both lines.
    • Coffee is served at your table.

HCC has a projector and screen for your presentation if needed. Please bring your personal laptop for any presentations.
